As winter storms batter the East Coast, it's not too late to consider insulation designed to improve energy efficiency and reduce costly heating bills. President Obama is was at a Home Depot recently promoting energy efficiency.
The New York Times quoted President Obama as saying, "Homes and office buildings account for close to 40 percent of the nation’s energy use and many of them are not sealed properly. If you saw $20 bills just sort of floating through the window up into the atmosphere, you’d try to figure out how to keep them."
